I saw a woman on my way to work yesterday who was wearing a version of this outfit, and I liked it so much I put together my own version today.
DOTSTRIPES. I'm having so much fun in it. The skirt swings fulfillingly when I spin, it includes navy and cream, one of my favoritest color combos, and I get to have stripes AND dots. Why didn't I think of this myself? New favorite outfit.
