The USDA hosts a farmer's market in one of their parking lots on Fridays. It's a popular place for locals to grab some lunch or some of the famous, deliciously buttery popcorn, sold by the bucketful...but in the 5 years I've worked in DC, I've never gone.
So a group of us went on our lunch break to enjoy the sun and browse the market.
